Responsibilities

Act as the product owner for e-trading enablement and support, serving as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders
Develop a deep understanding of current workflows and systems; document processes, identify gaps, and propose improvement initiatives while securing stakeholder sponsorship
Design and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to expand and scale e-trading onboarding and support infrastructure in line with business demand
Provide clear, regular communication to stakeholders on scope, progress, and timelines to ensure alignment and transparency
Partner closely with Technology and Strat developers to define clear, actionable requirements and support rapid, high-quality delivery

Required

Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills, with proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Working knowledge of fixed income products and market structure
Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML5); Python experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into practical solutions
High energy, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
