Responsibilities
Formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients on patent litigation matters and issues
Monitoring outside counsel
Providing the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses
Helping uphold Apple’s high ethical and corporate standards
Defending Apple’s intellectual property
Qualification
Required
5+ years of major law firm and/or in-house patent litigation experience
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred
Strong technology interest and aptitude
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
Preference given to candidates who have broad patent litigation experience, especially standard essential patent litigation and/or experience with the ITC
Trial experience strongly preferred
