Responsibilities
Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and market penetration
Execute a structured sales process, including lead follow-up and opportunity prioritization
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries
Demonstrate and communicate expert knowledge of Fieldpiece products and solutions
Use CRM to track activity, pipeline status, and provide regular sales reporting
Represent Fieldpiece at trade shows, demos, and industry events
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales, preferably in tools, test instruments, or technical products to the trades - construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general electronics
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
Fluent in German and English
Self-starter with high accountability and commitment to achieving results
Able to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple customers, events and projects effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred
ERP experience is a plus
