Perform various tasks including split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and other duties as assigned
Attendance is essential to this position. The community is open 24/7, weekend work or overnight hours may be expected
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of engineering experience
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma
Ability to lift (60 lbs.) and safely move appliances
Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
Experience leading a team
Experience training your team
Preferred
Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments
