Lead the Data Transformation Journey

Drive migration from on-prem SQL Server to cloud platforms implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing databases

Team Mentorship

Mentor a small team of DBAs, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Performance and Optimization

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of databases across hybrid environments aligning to Allstate security requirements

Governance and Compliance

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in cloud and hybrid setups aligning to Allstate security requirements

Collaboration

Work closely with Enterprise engineering aligning Investments with enterprise data strategy. Work closely with Investments product and business teams aligning with organizational goals
