Responsibilities
Coordinate the check-in, assignment, and return of loaner and rental vehicles
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers needing transportation support
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Sales staff, and Management to ensure smooth vehicle availability
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for loaner and rental usage
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and condition before and after use
Deliver consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Uphold Berlin City’s standards for professionalism, hospitality, and customer care
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with a favorable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Authorized to work in the United States
