Responsibilities
Produce high-quality photo and video capturing & editing for use across all marketing channels (website, social media, email, digital ads, etc.)
Create compelling written content for the blog, social media captions, email marketing, and other marketing materials
Design and produce graphic assets for digital and print, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and flyers
Develop and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content mix
Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring trends
Create content for both organic and paid social media campaigns
Ensure visual brand consistency across all content and marketing materials
Maintain brand guidelines, brand voice, and standards on all outputs
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns
Work closely with the Events & PR Manager to capture event content and promote events through visual media
Manage content production projects from concept to completion
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design, and writing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
Preferred
Experience in the retail or tourism industry is a plus
A passion for the Outer Banks, adventure sports, and the beach lifestyle is a plus
