Responsibilities

Handle sales orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to track and manage orders

Maintain and update customer information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and customer inquiries

Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to the sales team

Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze data

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and issue resolution

Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns and coordinating solutions

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and customer marketing initiatives

Design and develop customer-facing materials such as PowerPoint decks, Canva graphics, and Adobe Creative Suite assets

Collaborate with leadership to create polished visual presentations and branded communication tools

Support retail and B2B marketing programs with account-specific toolkits and promotional assets

Conduct market research to support category storytelling and sales strategies

Contribute to internal and external communications with strong attention to clarity and design

Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics

Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and task tracking
