Responsibilities

Develop and execute national account strategies to grow revenue and market share, with primary responsibility for Costco channel growth
Own and manage the full relationship with Costco, including: buyer communication, item onboarding and line reviews, promotions/seasonal planning, pricing strategy and margin planning, forecasting, and replenishment alignment
Lead contract negotiations and commercial terms, including pricing, funding, rebates, and long-term agreements
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
Drive joint business planning (JBP), category strategy, and account growth roadmap aligned with company objectives
Provide market, pricing, and competitive insights to guide product positioning, assortment planning, and go-to-market strategies
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, performance tracking, and operational readiness for national account demand
Improve sales processes and account execution to ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
Mentor and support internal teams to build strong national account execution and retail partnership capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in National Accounts / Key Account Management, in Costco or other big-box retail accounts
Strong background in consumer products, furniture, office solutions, or home/household categories
Proven record of success driving revenue growth and long-term account expansion in national retail channels
Strong skills in account strategy, business development, contract negotiation, and relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities (forecasting, margin management, sales planning)
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a customer-centric mindset
Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
