Delivering small-group refreshers
Providing side-by-side coaching on Epic registration/scheduling and standard Patient Access workflows
Supporting go-live/upgrade readiness
Partnering with leaders on competency checks
Helping close workflow gaps through observation, feedback, and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred
