Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with startup founders and hiring managers via email, LinkedIn, and founder networks
Go to founder and tech events across San Francisco to meet and nurture leads, filling top of funnel
Close fractional workforce contracts across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Admin roles
Maintain CRM activity logs and manage deal follow-through from signed contract to first payment
Collaborate with the founders of Sam to refine messaging and optimize outreach automations
Qualification
Required
Previous tech-enabled startup experience required
Excited to enter the ground floor as a founding hire for an early stage startup
You enjoy the trenches and the grind it takes to generate sales
You know how to generate, nurture, and close deals and have a proven record of doing so time and time again
Proven background in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally within startups or recruiting exposure
Access to founder networks, early-stage startups, or venture-backed ecosystems
Excellent communicator, confident, articulate, and relationship-driven
Comfortable in fast-paced, lean environments where initiative equals impact
