Review credit reports and collateral
Present recommendations to loan committees
Ensure all decisions align with bank policy and regulatory requirements
Coach and mentor fellow analysts
Contribute to process improvements

Required

At least three years of commercial credit analysis experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to assess borrower financial strength
Experience in evaluating risk
Ability to collaborate closely with bankers throughout the loan approval process
Experience in spreading and analyzing financial statements and tax returns
Experience in reviewing credit reports and collateral
Ability to present recommendations to loan committees
Understanding of bank policy and regulatory requirements
Independent decision-making skills
Attention to detail
Ability to build strong business relationships
