Responsibilities

Document, follow up on, and execute action items resulting from client meetings
Schedule, prepare, and organize materials for client meetings
Initiate and respond to client service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate with insurance carriers to process client requests and ensure timely resolution
Prepare, submit, and track all onboarding and account-opening documentation
Initiate, monitor, and confirm the movement of funds in accordance with established procedures
Provide clients with secure login credentials and assist with account access as needed
