Continuous hands-on training is provided to support these duties
Focus on potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred
Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired
