Responsibilities

Develop graphical screens for the building control industry using Manufacturer Provided Software, Photoshop, SweetHome3D, and other software

Keep accurate and organized project notes

Good customer support for graphical issues

Support internal teams with deployment, startup/checkout, training, etc

Help with department documentation pages where needed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, graphic design or equivalent experience in HVAC design preferred

2+ years' experience in graphical design

Knowledge of modern procedures and methods, including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping

Skill in various software packages, including Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and others

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems and computer-related issues
