Responsibilities

Develop creative architectural solutions that satisfy project performance, functional, and design criteria
Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, documentation, and project deliverables across all phases
Manage contract administration tasks and support project execution from inception through completion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants to ensure cohesive and fully integrated project outcomes
Provide direction, leadership, and mentorship to project team members
Assist with scheduling, project planning, and client‑facing presentations
Support continuous improvement by applying current industry standards, codes, and technical best practices

Qualification

Required

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent)
8+ years of experience in commercial or large-scale building design; aviation or transportation project experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex consultant teams and oversee integrated technical documentation
Strong understanding of constructability, code compliance, and building systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading diverse project teams
Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed architectural documentation

Preferred

Licensed architects strongly preferred, with a clear commitment to professional standards and practice
