Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic team of maintenance and engineering personnel overseeing day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategic initiatives
Improve equipment reliability and standardize processes
Utilize data and analytics to drive excellence
Oversee maintenance activities for automated and robotic equipment
Oversee the investigation process and conduct root-cause analyses for production losses or safety events, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
Manage the engagement, performance, and professional development of both direct and indirect reports
Maintain a constructive work environment, support conflict resolution, and provide guidance as needed
Support new equipment acquisition and integration
Support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required

7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of leadership experience
Proven experience in process scale-up and execution of plant trials
Experience leading maintenance activities for automated equipment / robots
Ability to operate effectively within, and provide support to, a high-volume 24/7 manufacturing environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree within an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, or Mechanical preferred)
