They are seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to develop RF/Microwave RF SOI IC design expertise and contribute to the design and delivery of complex RFIC-based wireless module solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, verify, and productize SOI IC in single die and multi die module solutions
Chip level planning, design, layout and tape-out schedule management
Design trade-offs in cost, risk, performance, and schedule
Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing

Qualification

RF/Microwave IC designAnalog design experienceEM tool simulationIC design flowDigital communication systemsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Hands on design experience in a variety of high-performance Analog and RF products
In-depth RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADS
Expertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
Strong understanding of IC design flow, full life-cycle experience on multiple products
Knowledge of digital communication systems
Good communication and leadership skills
Min BSEE +12 years of experience. Min MSEE + 8-10 years of experience is preferred
