Responsibilities
Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards
Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Preferred
Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly
Forklift or material handling certification
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
