Diligente Technologies is seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead the creation of a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) model across a large, cross-functional technology organization. This role is responsible for connecting business priorities, technology strategy, and operational execution while driving a complex QA transformation from discovery through vendor selection and implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder outreach, structured interviews, and discovery sessions to assess existing QA practices, gaps, and priorities
Document and synthesize business and technical requirements into a unified, actionable framework
Define KPIs, governance models, and reporting structures to track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Establish QA vendor evaluation criteria, lead partner selection, and support vendor onboarding
Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource models, and operational frameworks
Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative status reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage change across multiple technology domains
Ensure documentation integrity, institutional knowledge capture, and version control
Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of Program or Project Management experience in technology environments
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with QA or testing-focused initiatives
Experience with QA processes, metrics, vendor management, and large-scale technology programs
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
Self-directed and capable of managing complex, multi-team initiatives independently
Local to or willing to travel regularly to the San Francisco Bay Area

Preferred

Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
