Responsibilities

Lead the insights driven strategy, execution, and implementation work that drives long term sustainable change and makes customers’ lives easier
Innovate by knowing the customer and our capabilities thoroughly, driving innovation based on the customer’s voice
Identify problems, develop solutions, activate insights and evaluate the impact on customers for Kroger and CPGs
Build strong, trusting relationships with Kroger stakeholders and influence their decisions that drive long term customer loyalty
Focus on merchandising, leveraging industry leading customer insights to drive merchandising strategies including assortment, pricing, promotion, space management, visual display, and the customer experience
Know the current state of the business, the latest trends, and the innovations that are impacting and disrupting the merchandising area from a customer perspective
