Responsibilities
Good communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior levels of management
Ability to support engineering projects for new service design, implementation, and integration into Operations
Write reports and briefings for executive leadership and to respond to inquiries into program performance and status
Serve client as a trusted adviser and technical sounding board for the evaluation of current specific projects and help inform the strategic direction of the portfolio as a whole
Serve as technical representative for product demonstrations and briefings, as directed by client
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for manipulating data and creating executive level reports, briefings, and presentations
Resolve Remedy Incident and Work Order tickets (Will be required to coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure.)
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience and direct supervision of technical project management, project integration or telecommunications management
Bachelor's Degree or greater
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Current TS/SCI clearance required for this position
Experience with Microsoft Project
