Required

3+ years of employment litigation experience

Significant experience in wage and hour litigation, including California wage-and-hour class and collective actions and PAGA matters

Comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, writing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions

Strong academic credentials

Excellent writing and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Motivated self-starters who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Admitted to practice in California

Hold a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
