Responsibilities

Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, ORC & Onboarding, Learning)
Handle day-to-day production support and issue resolution
Work extensively with Redwood UI to support users and optimize functionality
Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
Track enhancements, issues, and releases using Jira
Support ongoing projects, testing, and release cycles
