Responsibilities

Own the full production workflow: planning → casting → scheduling → shooting → asset handoff

Hire and manage actors/UGC talent based on campaign requirements (persona fit, tone, delivery)

Run efficient shoot sessions that produce multiple variations (hooks, CTAs, angles)

Deliver organized, edit-ready raw footage to the editing team (clean file structure + naming)

Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategy to prioritize weekly creative testing needs

Maintain quality and compliance standards for paid advertising
