Responsibilities
Lead tax planning and compliance for sophisticated private clients and family groups
Review complex individual, trust, estate, and pass-through entity returns
Drive proactive strategies around estate & gift planning, trust taxation, charitable planning, liquidity events, and multistate issues
Partner directly with advisors to deliver integrated, long-range planning
Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients
Mentor team members without heavy leverage or churn
Manage tax compliance and planning for HNW individuals, trusts, and related entities
Review returns while expanding involvement in higher-level planning work
Collaborate closely with senior tax leadership and wealth advisors
Support junior professionals while deepening technical expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or EA required
Senior Tax Manager: 8–12+ years of tax experience with a strong HNW/private client focus
Tax Manager: 5–8+ years of experience working with individuals, trusts, estates, and pass-throughs
Background in public accounting, family office, or wealth management environments
Comfortable in an advisory-driven, planning-oriented role
Preferred
Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred
MST, CFP®, or estate-focused credentials are a plus
