Responsibilities
In this role, you will represent our clients by working directly with customers in retail locations
You will educate customers on current promotions, answer questions, guide them through product or service options, and assist with new account setups or account updates
You will be expected to maintain a professional work area, stay informed on client offerings, and deliver consistent customer experience
Over time, you will also learn how to track performance, support team initiatives, and develop leadership skills
