The Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Floating Teacher for their Child Development Center. This role involves supporting classroom environments and working closely with Lead and Assistant Teachers to ensure a nurturing and educational experience for children aged 1 to 5 years.

Help cover classrooms during staff absences and/or breaks

Work flexibly and comfortably working with children ages 1 year to 5 years old

Maintain KDHE licensing requirements at all times

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with parents through formal and informal communication

Create positive relationships with co-workers

Qualification
