Sr. Sales Engineer I
AppLogic Networks is a leading company in Application Quality of Experience (QoE) solutions for network service providers. They are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical support and leadership to their North America customer base, acting as the primary technical point of contact and partnering with sales teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary sales engineer and technical consultant for assigned customer accounts
Act as the subject matter expert on AppLogic Networks products and solutions, providing technical leadership through presentations and product demonstrations
Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and position appropriate AppLogic Networks solutions
Translate customer requirements and represent their needs to AppLogic Networks R&D and Product Management teams
Develop detailed design and implementation specifications tailored to customer requirements
Prepare bills of material and technical proposals for customer evaluation
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives from conception through successful completion, including design, build, and demonstration
Drive completion of technical sections in RFx responses and proposals
Serve as an expert-level consultant and trusted advisor to sales teams and customers
Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with R&D and Support teams
Qualification
Required
Expert-level knowledge of 4G and 5G packet core networks
Comprehensive understanding of wireline access networks
Strong background in NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and cloud technologies
Advanced knowledge of data analytics platforms and applications
Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols
Proven sales engineering experience with ability to create detailed technical designs and specifications
Expert-level networking knowledge and analytics capabilities
Strong understanding of POC methodologies, proposal development, and deployment processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong writing ability to create clear, compelling value propositions and technical documentation
Superior problem identification and resolution capabilities
Demonstrated ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
Experience coordinating and presenting product demonstrations
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
10+ years of telecom/networking sales engineering or pre-sales experience
Preferred experience in 4G/5G domain
Preferred
Salesforce (SFDC) experience
High energy, self-directed approach with strong multitasking abilities
Experience developing strategic techno-commercial plans
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to organize and coordinate customer events and product showcases
