They are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support the leadership team with administrative and coordination tasks, with opportunities for additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedule internal and external meetings using Microsoft Outlook
Coordinate calls across multiple time zones as needed
Assist with trip planning and coordination, including flights, hotels and itineraries
Support conference travel and logistics
Prepare and submit expense reports using Ramp
Handle light administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Support planning for conferences, including sponsorship coordination and hosted dinners (a few larger events per year)
Assist with PR and marketing support, including drafting and posting social media content
Support customer and partner communications and outreach as needed
Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time, such as preparing or coordinating weekly Board reports, depending on interest

Required

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for calendaring and scheduling
Strong written communication skills
Based in or near Indianapolis, with ability to come into the office 3 days per week
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company

Preferred

Experience with expense tools (Ramp or similar) is a plus
