Office Administrator (Bookkeeper) - Part-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Administrator / Compliance Liaison to join our collaborative team, offering meaningful responsibility and variety in a fiduciary-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with third-party accountants
Ensure timely payment of invoices and firm expenses
Manage expense receipts and employee reimbursement processes
Reconcile corporate bank and investment accounts
Manage relationships with third-party service providers in areas such as employee benefits, tax return preparation, and corporate insurance
Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities and provide general HR support
Serve as primary liaison to the firm’s external Chief Compliance Officer in areas including policies and procedures, mutual fund reporting and licensed representative registrations
Support quantitative quality-control processes, including account documentation, fee and commission reconciliations, and performance/portfolio statistics verification
Assist sales teams with due diligence requests, selling and sub-advisory agreements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience managing accounting reports and financial records
High degree of attention to detail and quantitative accuracy
Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment
Flexible, proactive, and willing to support the team wherever needed
High ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary responsibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Compliance experience for an investment or wealth management firm a plus
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
