Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize device policies, profiles, and workflows within a centralized management platform
Support secure operating system updates, patching, and device compliance
Serve as an escalation point for complex Mac-related issues, including executive-level support
Partner with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint standards with organizational requirements
Assist with planning future endpoint tooling and evaluating how Apple devices fit into a Microsoft-centric environment
Maintain documentation and operational procedures related to Mac support and endpoint processes
