Senior Director Business Development
TurningPoint Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development with deep experience in driving new business growth across IT Solutioning and Business Process Outsourcing. This role is responsible for identifying and closing high-value commercial opportunities by aligning client business challenges with TurningPoint's technology and services.

Responsibilities
Drive growth offering IT Professional Services Outsourcing aligned with client business needs in areas ranging from core application maintenance and support, all aspects of client Software Development Lifecycle, Tier 1 - Tier 3 Production Support, Special Projects and Data Migrations, CRM, Ticketing, Systems Integration including enablement of Digital Self-Service Journeys and implementation of client NexGen AI, Chat Bot and Agentic AI experiences, and Support for Client Marketing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Initiatives
Positioning and selling end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing Services that support Client Service Delivery, Operations, Finance and other organizational areas requiring resources to Deliver Operational Efficiency, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, Provisioning, Device Lifecycle Management, Marketing Operations, Finance Operations, and Network Optimization
Having executive level relationships allowing you access to key client stakeholders for you to position both foundational IT Professional Services Outsourcing, BPO Services, and higher-value transformation initiatives based on each client’s business objectives, resource skills profiles, and technology requirements
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of progressive business development experience selling IT Professional Services Outsourcing and Operational Business Process Outsourcing Solutions with a track record of proven success
Bachelor's degree; additional relevant experience may be substituted
Established director level and above trusted advisor relationships within commercial organizations relevant to TurningPoint's capabilities
Demonstrated ability to align client needs with solution-based offerings
Experience selling digital transformation initiatives including third-party systems integration and ongoing support services
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Experience selling managed services, SaaS, and platform-based solutions
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies, including partner-led or alliance-based sales
Existing relationships within mid-market to enterprise commercial accounts relevant to TurningPoint's capabilities
