Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to assess the impact of operational initiatives, backlog dynamics, and sales and marketing performance
Partner closely with the CFO to deliver both proactive and ad hoc analysis supporting an $80M+ budget and $7M+ EBITDA objectives
Serve as a key point of contact with the firm’s private equity sponsor, providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic priorities
Work with operations and marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights aimed at improving efficiency and supporting growth
Lead the annual budgeting cycle and manage ongoing monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a related function
Strong financial modeling capabilities with the ability to independently build complex, integrated models from the ground up
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor
Preferred
Prior experience outside of Financial Services preferred (e.g., Construction, Manufacturing, or Business Services)
