Responsibilities
Scale a High-Performing Sales Machine: Assume leadership of a large, established team of sales professionals. Drive a culture of excellence and accountability by optimizing territories, compensation plans, and sales processes to maximize revenue attainment
Deliver Public-Company-Ready Operational Excellence: Master the science of sales. Implement and enforce rigorous processes for pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and sales forecasting to deliver predictable results that can be confidently communicated to the board and, post-IPO, to the street
Drive Strategic Account Penetration: Evolve the sales motion from departmental sales to strategic, enterprise-wide partnerships. Drive adoption of the full Centric platform within our existing customer base to significantly increase customer lifetime value
Outmaneuver the Competition: Develop and execute sophisticated competitive strategies to displace incumbents in key accounts and defend Centric's market share against all competitors
Develop Sales Talent: Act as a coach and mentor to the sales organization. Cultivate a deep bench of future sales leaders and create a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
A world-class sales operator who has 'seen the movie before.' You have experience scaling an enterprise SaaS sales organization from the $100M+ ARR level toward the $500M+ ARR level and beyond
Demonstrable experience managing large, multi-layered sales teams (20+ representatives) across multiple verticals. You are a proven manager of managers who can build a scalable leadership structure
A history of navigating complex, seven-figure-plus enterprise sales cycles in a high-growth, pre-IPO or public SaaS company is essential. You understand the operational rigor and forecast accountability required in this environment
Deep expertise in modern enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Selling), sophisticated forecasting models, and leveraging CRM/BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to manage performance and drive strategic decisions
A data-driven leader with the ability to analyze market trends, refine go-to-market strategies, and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to drive holistic company success
