Responsibilities
Lead the company’s enterprise-wide treasury and tax function for a $400M+ revenue organization
Own cash and liquidity management, including daily cash operations and 13-week cash flow forecasting
Partner with the CFO on capital structure decisions and acquisition financing
Lead tax strategy, planning, compliance, and audits across multiple states and jurisdictions
Act as a senior advisor to leadership on financial risk, tax implications, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Senior treasury professional with experience in a large or complex corporate environment
Strong background in treasury, cash management, debt compliance, and liquidity forecasting
Experience overseeing tax strategy and compliance (hands-on or through external advisors)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Looking to build, shape, and grow a function, not just maintain one
