Responsibilities
Supports execution of social media initiatives, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts
Assists with planning and execution of client and prospect events, including private dinners, webinars, and firm-sponsored events
Helps prepare invitations, event materials, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up communications
Supports website updates, including posting blog content, updating bios, and maintaining marketing pages as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, grammar, and detail
Comfortable working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic website or social media platforms
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Process-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to support a fast-paced, collaborative team
Interest in marketing, branding, digital content, and professional services environments
