CRH is North America’s leading provider of innovative outdoor living solutions. They are seeking an FP&A Summer Intern who will work closely with the FP&A team to assist in the analytics process and support strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

Help prepare the company financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

Create, manage, and automate actual vs forecast, budget, and prior year reports to be reviewed monthly/quarterly with P&L owners

Create financial models to help project future financial results and outcomes

Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations

Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management

Manage data entry and financial database integrity

Create financial documents and slides for meetings

Work on special projects to advance the company’s financial goals

Required

Students pursuing bachelor's degree Program in Junior year of College or Third year of University (Anticipated Graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)

Concentration or Area of Study in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

Ability to attend program hosted in Atlanta, GA

Solid values and high standards of ethics, integrity, and trust

Ability to take direction, ask questions, and receive feedback

Organized and able to prioritize tasks

Strong willingness and desire to learn
