Payroll & Accounting Manager
Right At Home is seeking a detail-driven Payroll & Accounting Manager who thrives at the center of financial operations. In this role, you’ll own the payroll function, accounting transactions, and financial processes that keep the organization running smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing and 401(k) administration using Paychex Flex and Voya
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, approvals, and payments
Support travel and expense reimbursements using QuickBooks
Maintain strong internal controls, accurate financial records, and compliance standards
Support month-end close, cash flow management, and transactional accounting activities
Resolve discrepancies and handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality financial service and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience managing payroll and core accounting functions
Strong attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset
Comfort working cross-functionally and handling sensitive financial information
Experience with QuickBooks is required
Preferred
Experience with Paychex Flex
Experience with Voya
