Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Global executive managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel
Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications to ensure timely and appropriate responses
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, financial summaries, reports, and other executive-level materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, materials, and follow-ups
Assist in organizing and maintaining sensitive financial, strategic, and corporate documentation
Support preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, earnings-related activities, and senior management reviews
Liaise with internal departments (Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Risk, ComplianceHR, etc.) and external partners
Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables for the leadership team
Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the office
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency within the Finance organization

Required

Bachelor's degree required
2 yrs supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or a complex corporate environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and global time zones
