Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and coding

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed

Prepare and assist with weekly or bi-weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires)

Maintain organized accounts payable files and supporting documentation

Maintain and update Excel-based schedules for reconciliations and reporting

Assist with monthly close activities, including reconciliations and schedules

Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data

Assist with financial onboarding of newly acquired agencies

Support vendor, banking, and accounting process transitions

Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial documentation

Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance documentation

Maintain accounting policies and procedures documentation

Provide general accounting and administrative support

Maintain effective working relationships across teams

Handle confidential information with discretion

Participate in team meetings and contribute positively

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or in progress

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
