Lead and oversee scope and change management processes across multiple projects to align with business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope manage change requests and ensure clear documentation of scope boundaries
Monitor and control project changes to minimize risks and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Facilitate communication between business units project teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project scope and changes
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track scope changes and maintain project documentation
Support project managers and teams in managing scope creep and adapting to evolving project requirements
Provide expert advice on best practices for scope and change management within the project lifecycle
Manage and control all aspects of scope and change management to ensure projects remain on track Develop and maintain change management plans including impact analysis and risk mitigation strategies Interface with project stakeholders at all levels to communicate scope changes and secure necessary approvals Track and report on scope changes issues and risks to project leadership and stakeholders
Mentor and guide project teams on effective scope and change management practices Ensure that all scope and change documentation is accurate uptodate and accessible
Act as a liaison between business units and vendors for scope related discussions and change implementations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Airlines Industry experience
Lead and manage scope and change management activities within project management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and manage change requests
