Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Argue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courts
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a virtual environment
Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in Real Estate, Contract Disputes, Business Litigation, Probate Litigation, Trial experience
Experienced with conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, drafting and arguing motions
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
License to practice law in Tennessee, active and in good standing
Able to work remotely but appear for hearings and depositions
Preferred
Judicial clerkship experience
