Responsibilities
Support end-to-end identity lifecycle management including joiner, mover, and leaver processes
Administer and troubleshoot access for enterprise systems and applications
Ensure timely, accurate provisioning and deprovisioning aligned to role-based access models
Maintain documentation and evidence for all approved access changes
Execute IAM governance processes to ensure access aligns with policy, least privilege, and compliance requirements
Perform recurring access reviews and certifications to validate ongoing access necessity
Support internal and external audits by gathering, validating, and coordinating IAM-related evidence
Identify and remediate access risks, control gaps, and non-compliance issues
Support IAM Technologies Including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Internal and External ID), Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO)
Assist with IAM platform enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes
Support onboarding of new applications into IAM governance and access workflows
Identify inefficiencies in access request and lifecycle workflows
Contribute to initiatives that leverage automation, self-service, and workflow optimization
Assist in evolving IAM operating models to improve scalability, security, and user experience
Operate effectively within a distributed, virtual team environment
Partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds defined SLAs
Communicate IAM concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
3+ years of progressive experience supporting Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or IT Security operations in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Active Directory and enterprise identity platforms
Hands-on experience with user provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and deprovisioning workflows
Experience supporting IAM governance activities including audits, certifications, and access compliance reviews
Experience collaborating with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to resolve access and identity issues
Preferred
Microsoft identity-related certifications (Entra ID / Azure Identity)
Security certifications such as Security+, CISM, or CISSP (associate or full)
IAM-related certifications (e.g., Identity Management Institute, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
