Responsibilities
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, workshops and projects (production and administration processes) by using lean manufacturing tools and methods and supporting with preparation, execution
Support training initiatives
Independent planning, organization, execution and documentation of subtasks within the department, actively communicate with involved areas as needed
Creation of documents such as management presentations, standards documentation, excel sheets and etc
Qualification
Required
Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Engineering related field
Knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Structured thinking and quick comprehension
Flexibility and high level of commitment is required
All candidates should be available for a 6 months full time internship
Preferred
Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
Available for a minimum of 3 months, prefer availability for a maximum of 6 months
Preferred 40/hour work week, but part time hours are also available
