Responsibilities
Configure, set up, optimize, and troubleshoot multiple NetSuite modules, Bundles, and SuiteApps
Participate as a functional consultant on NetSuite implementations and enhancement projects
Produce clear documentation including Statements of Work outlining scope, proposed solutions, and timelines
Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and assist in designing NetSuite solutions
Work with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Deliver client training sessions remotely or on site when needed
Assist with sales support by contributing to discovery calls, solution discussions, and Statement of Work preparation
Provide responsive customer support and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to align NetSuite projects with business objectives
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and meet project deadlines
Manage projects hands on as the NetSuite SME from discovery through configuration, testing, training, go live, and post implementation support
Maintain documentation on project progress and provide regular status updates
Deliver post go live support and continuous improvement guidance
Support and collaborate with other consultants on projects
Qualification
Required
Must be based in the United States and willing to work a Central Time schedule or as needed based on customer assignment
Minimum of four years of hands on experience delivering NetSuite projects with a proven track record
Experience leading or participating in five or more full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
Functional expertise in NetSuite financial modules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting
Solid accounting and finance knowledge with the ability to apply requirements to system configuration
Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, professional documentation
Experience collaborating with other consultants and contributing to project success
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
Preferred
Experience in the Events Services, Conventions, Venue Management, or related industries
Business Degree, CPA, or similar advanced business or finance credentials
Experience with system integrations including third party SuiteApps and data flows
Experience with NetSuite Work flows, Advanced PDF creation, SuiteScript or related automation tools
Prior experience assisting with scoping, estimating, and quoting NetSuite implementation or enhancement work
