Responsibilities

Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across engineering disciplines
Lead manufacturing planning, producibility, and variation analyses
Ensure production readiness and resolve manufacturing issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance
Support operations through process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and manufacturability decisions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

Experience with 3D model-based instructions and manufacturing systems/tools such as CATIA, CREO, NX, Teamcenter, MES, DELMIA, etc
