Providing engineering support for site process improvements
Supporting capital expenditure projects/ new equipment installations
Supporting safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant
Implementing new automation processes at the site
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and quality improvement
Qualification
Required
B.S. in an engineering discipline (Electrical/Robotics)
Valid passport required for international travel to Canada
A desire to travel and the flexibility to be mobile
A desire to learn and leave your comfort zone
A desire to be a part of a community and cohort
Ability to work and communicate well with others in a team environment
Preferred
Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus
