Director of Sales
Consumer Cellular is seeking a proven sales leader to continue to grow and develop our Inside Sales organization. The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, while developing and executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable inside sales plans, set goals (KPIs), and drive pipeline growth
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate our inside sales leaders and reps; foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Performance Management: Monitor sales data, analyze trends, report to upper management, and ensure goals are met. Identify training opportunities, process improvements, and technical enhancements to rapidly scale the business. Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and reporting become second nature and pervasive throughout the team
Process Optimization: Refine sales methodologies, leverage CRM and sales technology, and improve our customer journey
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align efforts. Share market insights, escalate employee suggestions and feedback to address customer needs
Some travel between local and regional offices required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience managing inside sales teams
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and leading a department with teams across multiple locations in a call center environment
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive sales growth targets
Ability to navigate, collaborate and succeed across multiple functions
Intellectual curiosity
Data-driven problem solving
Strong analytical skills and data proficiency
Expertise in CRM systems and sales methodologies
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
