Qualification
Required
JD required
Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in California
10+ years of solid civil litigation/trial experience
Strong motion writing & oral advocacy experience
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Effective communication with experts and clients
In good standing with the California Bar
Preferred
Experience in Am Law firms preferred
